Founded in 1984, the company underwent an important turn in 2009 when it moved to Caserta and invested in a new ultra-modern production unit for 18 million euros.
SALPA stands out and obtains ISO 9001 certification. Today, the factory, which is fully automated and supplied with energy via 20,000m2 of solar panels, has only 40 employees on a site of 27,000 square meters.
NAUTICA SALPA
In 2017, SALPA decided to invest in the booming semi-rigid market. Industrial intelligence, an exceptional production tool and the performance of the internal design office allow the creation of a complete range from 6 to 13 meters, called "Sun", in 3 years. All of our RIBs are designed for a unique sea experience. From the development of hulls in partnership with the University of Naples and big names in naval architecture, such as Adam Younger, to the design and customization of the fittings, each step in the construction of our boats reflects our values " Passion and Innovation ”

The robotic painting booths, where gel coats and paints are applied, with millimeter precision, allow rapid cycles to be carried out.
The SALPA shipyard has one of the largest numerically controlled 5-axis milling cutters in Europe. This unique tool allows him to manufacture his own molds in total autonomy.
The automated joinery produces parts of excellent quality with a high output.
